Conflict Mediation Conferences – Confidential
Conflict Resolutions are reached through the Conflict Mediation process. This is a process in which trained mediators act as facilitators to assist in resolving a dispute between two or more parties. It is a non-adversarial approach to conflict resolution, where the parties generally communicate directly. The role of the conflict mediator is to facilitate communication between the parties, assist them in focusing on the real issues of the disputes, and generating options for settlement
All meetings and information obtained as a result of the meetings are confidential. The purpose is to find the root cause of the conflict, develop workable solutions, and obtain basic agreement from both parties involved in the dispute. The results of this effort will give individuals viable pathways to handling conflict and prevent senseless violence.
Restorative Justice Workshops
Conflict Mediation workshops are curated spaces that enable individuals to discuss equity, recognize the experiences of all people, and help develop intercultural connectivity. Workshops help develop or transform the culture of the organization by creating spaces where people can see and be seen; making it possible to learn from our collective past so we can create a more equitable way forward.
